Turn on your oven to 350°F. Follow the instructions on the red velvet cake mix box and bake it in two 8-inch round pans.

Let the cake cool totally. Break it apart until it's crumbly. If it feels sticky, pop the crumbs back in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.

Blend butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar till creamy. Stir in vanilla and graham crackers.

Scoop small portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and chill for an hour. Once firm, coat each one in cake crumbs.
