Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 1 package red velvet cake mix
02 - Ingredients listed on cake box instructions

→ Filling

03 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers
04 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 4 tbsp butter, softened
06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
07 - 1 tsp vanilla

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F. Follow the instructions on the red velvet cake mix box and bake it in two 8-inch round pans.
02 - Let the cake cool totally. Break it apart until it's crumbly. If it feels sticky, pop the crumbs back in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
03 - Blend butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar till creamy. Stir in vanilla and graham crackers.
04 - Scoop small portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and chill for an hour. Once firm, coat each one in cake crumbs.

03 - Sweetness can be adjusted up to 2 cups of sugar
