Blend up whole Oreos (cookie and cream altogether) in a processor till they're super fine.

Using a mixer or food processor, combine soft cream cheese with the Oreo crumb mixture. Blend till it all sticks together.

Scoop 1 tbsp portions (18-22g each), shape them into balls. Chill these on a baking tray for at least an hour.

Microwave the chopped chocolate and oil in 20-second intervals, stirring every time. Let cool 5 mins before dipping.

Dip each cold ball in the melted chocolate, tap any extra off. Lay on baking paper and sprinkle on Valentine's sprinkles if you want.

Put the coated truffles back in the fridge till the chocolate sets, then they're ready to serve.
