Coat four 6-ounce ramekins with cooking spray, then dust the insides with cocoa powder. Warm your oven up to 425°F.

Heat butter and chopped chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds, till it's silky smooth.

Mix flour, sugar, and salt in one bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and yolks. Blend everything with the melted chocolate until it’s nice and smooth.

Scoop the batter evenly into your ramekins. Pop them in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until the edges are set while the tops stay soft.

Let the ramekins cool briefly for 1 minute. Flip them onto plates and top with your favorite extras. Dig in right away!
