Blend sugar and cream cheese until it's smooth. Toss in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.

Set oven to 350°F. Combine crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Gently press them into a 9-inch pie pan.
