Tuscan Ravioli Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups roasted tomatoes with herbs
02 - 2 packages (8 oz. each) of cheese-filled ravioli, organic
03 - 2 cups kale, chopped

→ Creamy Sauce Ingredients

04 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan, fresh
05 - 1-2 tablespoons Tuscan spice blend (Marry Me variety)
06 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
07 - 1 and 1/4 cups heavy cream, organic
08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, squeezed fresh
10 - 1/2 cup vegetable broth
11 - 2 tablespoons white cooking wine

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter, toss in garlic, and cook with the Tuscan blend till it smells amazing.
02 - Boil ravioli following the instructions on the package, typically about 4-5 minutes.
03 - Pour in cream, broth, wine, and lemon juice. Let it simmer. Stir in parmesan until it’s nicely thickened.
04 - Mix in kale and roasted tomatoes, letting them heat through and blend nicely.
05 - Toss cooked ravioli into the sauce, mixing so they're fully coated. Serve it up right away!
