Turkey Stuffing Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups of leftover mashed potatoes.
02 - Generous pinch of black pepper for flavor.
03 - 3 cups of stuffing from yesterday's meal.
04 - 1 and a half cups of turkey, shredded into thin pieces.
05 - Saucy gravy to pour on top when serving.
06 - Optional: Some panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
07 - Butter and a splash of oil—only for frying with breadcrumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven up to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking tray quickly with spray oil.
02 - Lightly heat up the stuffing and potatoes just enough to make mixing easier.
03 - Toss your warmed-up potatoes, stuffing, and turkey into a bowl. Stir until well-blended.
04 - Sprinkle in some black pepper if you want to kick up the flavor.
05 - Shape portions of the mixture into ball shapes, firm enough to hold.
06 - Set the balls out evenly on that greased baking tray.
07 - Let them bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until warm.
08 - Drizzle hot gravy on them and serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - If the mixture is soft, pop it in the fridge before shaping.
02 - Warm ingredients blend together much more easily.
03 - Switch up the ingredient amounts based on what you’ve got left.
04 - You can coat them with panko crumbs and fry in a pan for crunchy bites.
05 - Got equal amounts of stuffing and potatoes? That’s the sweet spot.
06 - Perfect recipe to clean up your post-holiday leftovers.
