Tuna Melt Easy Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Base

01 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
02 - 1 tablespoon dill relish or capers
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/4 cup corn
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
08 - 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - 1 can (5 oz) skipjack or yellowfin tuna

→ Assembly

10 - Olive oil for grilling
11 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1 burrito-sized wrap (at least 10 inches)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, toss together the tuna (drained), Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, corn, onion, relish, garlic powder, and pepper.
02 - Heat your tortilla gently. Spread the tuna mix and cheese on it, but don't go all the way to the edges.
03 - Fold in the sides, tuck up the bottom, and roll tightly away from you to keep everything snug inside.
04 - In a skillet with a bit of oil, cook each side of the wrap for 3-4 minutes until golden and melty.
