Traeger Top Sirloin Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak and Spices

01 - 4 sirloin steaks, each about 6 oz
02 - 1 tbsp coarse salt
03 - 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
04 - 1 tsp sweet paprika
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp chili powder
08 - 1 tsp lightly packed brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your Traeger smoker to 375°F (190°C). You can add a grilling mat on the grate if you'd like to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, ground pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir it up until it’s all mixed evenly.
03 - Rub the seasoning generously over every side of each steak. Coat them well so the flavor sticks.
04 - Lay the steaks on the heated grill racks. Shut the lid and let them sizzle for about 10 minutes.
05 - Turn those steaks over and give them another 5 minutes to cook through.
06 - Take the steaks off the grill and let them sit for 5 minutes. Then, slice and enjoy!
