Set your Traeger smoker to 375°F (190°C). You can add a grilling mat on the grate if you'd like to prevent sticking.

Combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, ground pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir it up until it’s all mixed evenly.

Rub the seasoning generously over every side of each steak. Coat them well so the flavor sticks.

Lay the steaks on the heated grill racks. Shut the lid and let them sizzle for about 10 minutes.

Turn those steaks over and give them another 5 minutes to cook through.

Take the steaks off the grill and let them sit for 5 minutes. Then, slice and enjoy!
