Roasted Pepper Tilapia (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fillets of tilapia
02 - Dash of salt
03 - Sprinkle of pepper
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - 1 cup of roasted red peppers
07 - Half a cup of heavy cream
08 - 2 minced garlic cloves
09 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
10 - 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
11 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the tilapia.
02 - Warm up olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a big pan on medium heat. Fry the tilapia, flipping after 3-4 minutes per side until both sides are golden and cooked through. Take them out and set aside.
03 - Use the same skillet, drop in the last tbsp of butter and toss in the garlic. Cook for a minute or two until it smells amazing.
04 - Add roasted red peppers to the skillet and let them cook for 2 minutes with the garlic. Dump it all into a blender and blend till smooth.
05 - Pour the blended mix back into the pan, stir in the cream, smoked paprika, and optional chili flakes. Let it bubble gently for about 3-5 minutes till it's nice and thick.
06 - Pop the fried tilapia back into the sauce. Spoon some of that good pepper sauce over the fish to coat all over.
07 - Top everything with fresh parsley and dig in while it's hot.
