Thai Peanut Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Noodles

01 - 8 oz of rice noodles

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - 1/4 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - A splash of warm water (1/4 cup)

→ Garnish

10 - A handful of chopped green onions
11 - Fresh cilantro (optional)
12 - Some crushed peanuts

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle green onions, peanuts, and cilantro on top before enjoying your dish.
02 - Follow the directions on the noodle package. Drain once cooked, then put them aside.
03 - Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles and mix it all together so every strand is coated.
04 - Stir peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and warm water until the mix is smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
02 - Add a splash of water or soy sauce when warming it back up to keep it creamy.
03 - Dial up or down the sriracha to hit your perfect heat level.
