# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure the butter has softened enough to whip nicely.
02 - Put the softened butter into a medium-sized bowl, ready for mixing.
03 - Pour the honey into the bowl, making sure you get as much as possible.
04 - Scatter the cinnamon evenly over the butter and honey mix.
05 - Position the beaters of your hand mixer at the bottom of the bowl to avoid splashes.
06 - Turn the mixer on at a low setting and start blending the ingredients gently.
07 - Gradually raise the speed to medium-high as the ingredients start combining seamlessly.
08 - Keep whipping for about 10 minutes, aiming for a light, airy texture.
09 - Every now and then, use a spatula to clear the mixture from the bowl’s sides.
10 - Verify that the butter mixture is smooth and fully blended without streaks.
