Heat your oven to 425°F and cook the frozen tater tots as directed on the package, flipping them around the halfway point. This usually takes about 28 minutes.

Give the tater tots a couple of minutes to cool down so you don't burn your fingers while handling them.

Skewer 4-6 tater tots onto each stick and place them on a parchment-covered baking tray.

Sprinkle cheese, bacon pieces, and half of the chopped green onions over the skewers.

Pop the tray back into the oven for roughly 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted.

Throw on the leftover green onions and serve with a dollop of sour cream on the side.
