02 - 1 pound of lean ground beef
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

04 - 1 tablespoon chili powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

→ Casserole Ingredients

07 - 1 jar of salsa (15.5 ounces)
08 - A can of black beans (14 ounces), rinsed and drained
09 - 2 cups of crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
10 - 1 can of corn (12 ounces), drained
11 - 2 cups of shredded cheese, split up (cheddar or a Mexican blend works great)

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Choose from sour cream, avocado, black olives, chopped lettuce, scallions, fresh cilantro, or diced tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and move the rack to the middle position.
02 - Add oil to a pan and heat it on medium-high. Toss in the beef and break it apart as it cooks for about 5 minutes. Add the spices and onion, then let it cook another 5 minutes.
03 - Spread your Doritos across the bottom of a 9x13 dish to form a base.
04 - After draining the grease from the beef, stir in the beans, corn, one-half of the cheese, and all the salsa. Mix it until the cheese melts. Spoon this over the Doritos in the dish.
05 - Top with the rest of the cheese, leave the dish uncovered, and bake for 15-20 minutes. When the cheese is bubbly and melty, take it out. Serve hot with any toppings you like.
