Sweetheart Swirl Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chocolates

01 - 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (226g), chopped roughly
02 - 6 ounces white chocolate (170g), cut into chunks
03 - 2 ounces pink candy melts (about 1/2 cup)

→ Toppings

04 - Valentine's sprinkles
05 - Candy hearts

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big baking sheet and cover it with parchment or a silicone mat. It'll be ready when you need it.
02 - Heat the white chocolate with the pink melts in the microwave or using a double boiler. Give it a mix every 20 seconds so it doesn’t scorch.
03 - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate, then pour it onto the baking sheet. Smooth it out into a rectangle shape.
04 - Pour the pink and white chocolate over the base. Swirl it around with a toothpick or knife. Toss on candy hearts and sprinkles.
05 - Let everything cool and harden in the fridge or on the counter for about 45 minutes. Break into pieces when it’s ready.

01 - Keeps for about a week at room temperature
02 - Can chill in the fridge for two weeks max
03 - Using real chocolate bars avoids weird results; skip the chips
