Sweet Mango Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sweet Fruits & Juices

01 - 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
02 - 1/4 cup of lime juice from about 2 medium limes
03 - 1 large mango, ripe, peeled, seed removed, and chopped roughly

→ Flavorings & Aromatics

04 - 1 garlic clove, whole
05 - 2 tablespoons of natural honey
06 - 1/2 tsp of salt
07 - 1/4 tsp of black pepper, freshly cracked
08 - 1/2 tsp of ground cumin

→ Fresh Chopped Ingredients

09 - 2 tablespoons of cilantro, finely chopped
10 - 1 tbsp of medium-heat pepper (like Fresno or jalapeño), diced small

→ Oil

11 - 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the mango, lime juice, orange juice, honey, cumin, garlic, and salt into your blender. Run it on medium until it's silky smooth. Then, pour the mixture into a medium jar.
02 - While slowly stirring the jar’s contents with a whisk or fork, gradually pour in the olive oil. Keep it steady and consistent.
03 - Mix in the chopped cilantro, chili pepper, and a pinch of black pepper. Taste it and sprinkle in extra salt if you feel it needs more.
04 - Pop it in the fridge for up to a week. Give it a good shake each time before using.
