Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a loaf pan with oil.

Toss the meat, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, gochujang, egg, brown sugar, and breadcrumbs into a bowl and mix well.

Shape the mixture evenly into a loaf shape and move it into the prepared pan.

Stick it in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until it’s cooked all the way and gets a nice brown top.

About 10 minutes before it’s done, spread some extra gochujang and honey over the top for a sweet and spicy finish.

Let the meatloaf sit for 5 minutes after baking, then top it with green onions and sesame seeds before slicing it up.
