Sweet Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Needed for the Bread

01 - ½ tbsp instant yeast
02 - 1 tsp coarse salt
03 - 3 bananas, fully ripe
04 - 2¼ cups (286g) bread flour
05 - 2 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted
06 - ⅓ cup (82g) warm whole milk at 110°F

→ For the Sweet Banana Mix

07 - 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, melted
08 - 4 tsp ground cinnamon
09 - 2 packed cups (400g) light brown sugar
10 - 3 bananas, chopped into small bits

# Instructions:

01 - Mash up your bananas in a bowl. Mix in the yeast, warm milk, and butter. Add in flour and salt and stir until it turns sticky.
02 - Grease a bowl and place the dough inside. Let it sit and puff up until it’s twice its size, around an hour.
03 - Split dough into 20 equal parts on a floured surface (each about 40g). Roll ‘em into little balls, like golf balls.
04 - Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl. Drizzle over bread balls and toss to coat well.
05 - Grease a 10-inch bundt pan. Spread out diced bananas and sugar-coated bread pieces in three layers. Drizzle any leftover butter mix.
06 - Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap. Let it puff up again until doubled, about 45 to 60 minutes.
07 - Stick it in the oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes ‘til it hits 190°F inside. Cool down for 10 minutes, then flip over onto a plate to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Needs time to rise twice
02 - You can serve it warm or after it cools
03 - Tastes best made on the same day
