01 -
Mash up your bananas in a bowl. Mix in the yeast, warm milk, and butter. Add in flour and salt and stir until it turns sticky.

Grease a bowl and place the dough inside. Let it sit and puff up until it’s twice its size, around an hour.
03 -
Split dough into 20 equal parts on a floured surface (each about 40g). Roll ‘em into little balls, like golf balls.
04 -
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl. Drizzle over bread balls and toss to coat well.
05 -
Grease a 10-inch bundt pan. Spread out diced bananas and sugar-coated bread pieces in three layers. Drizzle any leftover butter mix.
06 -
Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap. Let it puff up again until doubled, about 45 to 60 minutes.
07 -
Stick it in the oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes ‘til it hits 190°F inside. Cool down for 10 minutes, then flip over onto a plate to serve.
