Dates with Filling (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz Medjool dates, de-seeded.
02 - 4 oz creamy goat cheese, softened.
03 - 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped.
04 - 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced.
05 - Zest of 1 orange, plus 2 teaspoons juice.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon spice.
07 - A pinch of sea salt (1/4 teaspoon).
08 - 3 tablespoons quality olive oil.
09 - Warm honey with chili for drizzle.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut each date open lengthwise and stuff it with 1-2 teaspoons of goat cheese.
02 - Blend walnuts, chopped rosemary, orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil together.
03 - Lay dates in a baking dish, spoon the walnut topping over each.
04 - Bake for about 15 minutes, then let them cool slightly for 5 minutes.
05 - Place on a serving tray, drizzle with spicy honey, and serve warm.
