Strawberry Santa Desserts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of spreadable cream cheese.
02 - A dozen big strawberries.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
04 - Two tablespoons of icing sugar.
05 - Icing in red and black to create decorations.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the strawberries, then chop them into three sections: trim off the stem to make a flat base, slice in half, leaving enough for the Santa cap.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract.
03 - Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese filling.
04 - Place the flat strawberry base on a dish, then use the piping bag to apply the cream cheese tall enough for the face.
05 - Put the top strawberry piece on as the Santa hat, then add a dollop of cream cheese at the very top.
06 - Use the red and black icing to add Santa's eyes and mouth.
07 - Eat immediately or keep in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

01 - Use an airtight container to store leftovers in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
02 - They're best enjoyed on the same day they're made.
