# Instructions:

01 - Toss the rest of the ingredients into a blender, food processor, or use a hand mixer to get it super smooth.
02 - Cut off the tops of the strawberries, then mash or puree until smooth.
03 - Let cream cheese soften at room temperature, or check if your coconut cream is thick and creamy.
04 - Scoop the mousse into bowls, then let it chill in the fridge. It'll firm up a lot as it gets colder.
