Strawberry Cookie Crunch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3 oz) packet of strawberry Jell-O
02 - 24 Golden Oreos
03 - 4 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Crush the Golden Oreos with the filling still inside. You can use a food processor or seal them in a bag and smash with a rolling pin or something sturdy.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and toss in the cookie crumbs. Add the melted butter and Jell-O powder, mixing everything until it all sticks together nicely.
03 - Take a lined or greased baking sheet and spread the mixture across it evenly. Bake for about 8 minutes in the oven.
04 - Once it’s out of the oven, just leave it alone and let it cool completely.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the flavor by using any Jell-O you like!
02 - Need it gluten-free? Use a sandwich cookie like Glutino vanilla instead of Golden Oreos.
03 - It’ll stay fresh for at least a week if you keep it in a sealed container at room temperature.
04 - Tastes amazing on yogurt, cake, ice cream sandwiches, or just plain ice cream!
