# Ingredients:

01 - Strawberries, fresh and chopped into small bits
02 - Butter for cooking
03 - Thick white bread, soft and suitable for toasting
04 - Vanilla extract to enhance the flavor
05 - Granulated sugar for sweetness
06 - Cream cheese, creamy and easy to spread
07 - Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

# Instructions:

01 - Mix granulated sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir until it’s smooth, then fold in the chopped strawberries gently to complete it.
02 - On one slice of bread, spread a thick layer of the cream cheese mixture. Cover with another slice to make a sandwich.
03 - On medium heat, melt down some butter in a skillet. Let it get bubbly, but make sure it doesn’t burn.
04 - Put the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Use a spatula to press lightly so they cook evenly and get golden brown.
