# Instructions:

- Get a big pot of salted water boiling. Cook the pasta as the box says until it's just right. Drain it and set aside.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the steak and shrimp. Heat some olive oil on medium-high in a large pan. Brown the steak until it’s cooked how you like. Take it out and put it aside.
- Using the same pan, melt the butter. Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they look pink and done. Remove them and place with the steak.
- In the same pan, melt more butter on medium heat. Add garlic and stir for about a minute until it smells great. Slowly stir in the cream and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring every so often. Whisk in the Parmesan until the sauce is smooth. Adjust the salt, pepper, and nutmeg if you're using it.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the pan with the Alfredo sauce, mixing until coated. Gently stir in the steak and shrimp.
- Top the dish with parsley and extra Parmesan if you'd like. Serve warm with a side of bread or salad.
