Spinach Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of fresh spinach leaves.
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil to cook with.
03 - A pound of mushrooms, cut into slices.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - Seasoning: a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
06 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for flavor.
07 - Optional: chopped parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the mushrooms, wash the spinach, and chop up the garlic cloves.
02 - Warm up some olive oil, toss in the mushrooms, and cook them for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden.
03 - Stir in the garlic and wait a minute or two until it smells amazing.
04 - Mix in spinach, a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir it around until the spinach softens.

# Notes:

01 - A splash of cream turns it creamy.
02 - For extra spice, throw in chili.
03 - You can use any type of mushroom for this.
