Chili Garlic Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Crispy fried onions
02 - Smoked paprika
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
04 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
05 - 12 large eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Start by putting the eggs in a pot and covering them with cool water. Let the water boil, then turn it down to simmer for 10 minutes. Quickly cool the eggs afterward in a bowl of ice water so they’re easy to peel.
02 - Gently peel away the eggshells and cut the eggs lengthwise right down the middle. Scoop out the yolks and drop them into a bowl.
03 - Use a fork to mash the yolks together with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth. Like it spicier? Add more sauce to the mix.
04 - Carefully spoon or squeeze the yolk mixture into the empty egg whites. Want to get fancy? Use a bag with a star tip for a decorative look.
05 - Dust the tops with smoked paprika and toss on some crispy fried onions. Eat right away or pop them in the fridge until you’re ready.
