Soothing Lemon Balm (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional honey, added to your taste.
02 - Slices of lemon for decorating.
03 - 2 tablespoons dried lemon balm leaves (or 20 fresh leaves).
04 - 1 quart of filtered water.

# Instructions:

01 - Take 1 quart of filtered water and let it boil.
02 - Toss the lemon balm leaves into your tea pot.
03 - Stir the leaves after adding water, then let them sit for 10 minutes.
04 - Strain it or pour it straight into your mug. Sweeten with honey if you'd like. Add a lemon slice and a couple of fresh leaves for looks.

# Notes:

01 - You can use either dried or fresh lemon balm.
02 - These leaves double as a garnish for jellies or a salad addition.
03 - Be careful—commercial herbs aren't FDA-checked.
