Take 1 quart of filtered water and let it boil.

Toss the lemon balm leaves into your tea pot.

Stir the leaves after adding water, then let them sit for 10 minutes.

Strain it or pour it straight into your mug. Sweeten with honey if you'd like. Add a lemon slice and a couple of fresh leaves for looks.
