Smores Cookie Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1/2 cup butter

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
10 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, halved
11 - 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Melt butter in the microwave for about 40 seconds.
02 - Blend sugars and melted butter together until smooth. Then stir in the vanilla and egg.
03 - Gently mix in the flour, salt, and baking soda. You want a soft dough that’s not super sticky.
04 - Carefully fold in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
05 - Use a medium scoop (about 3 tablespoons of dough) for each cookie. Place on the baking sheet, keeping 2 inches between the cookies. Bake for 10-15 minutes, leaving the cookies puffy, not flat.

01 - Go with salted or unsalted butter—it’s up to you.
02 - Light or dark brown sugar both work fine.
03 - Level your flour with a spoon or sift it to measure correctly.
