Sloppy Joe Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 16 oz of cooked rotini
02 - 1 lb of ground beef
03 - Two cans (15 oz each) of sloppy joe sauce

→ Vegetables

04 - One diced green bell pepper
05 - A small onion, chopped up

→ Cheese

06 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar, split up

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef with the green pepper and onion in a big pan. When the meat's no longer pink and the veggies soften up, drain the grease.
02 - Pour in the sloppy joe sauce. Stir it around and simmer for a bit to warm everything up.
03 - Toss the cooked rotini into the pan. Give it a good mix so the pasta gets coated.
04 - Sprinkle in about 1 to 1½ cups of the shredded cheddar. Stir until it melts nicely.
05 - Spread the rest of the cheese on top. Cover the pan and let it sit on low heat until the cheese is gooey and melted. Add a parsley garnish if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use any pasta shape you like
02 - Veggies are optional but make it better
03 - Stores well in the freezer
