# Instructions:

- Use a big pan and heat it on medium. Cook the bacon pieces until they’re crispy. Fish them out with a spoon that has holes and let them drain on a towel. Leave a splash of bacon grease in the pan—about a tablespoon.
- Throw the ground beef into the same pan and cook until it’s no longer pink—break it up as you go. Toss in the chopped onions and garlic. Cook together for a couple of minutes until the onions soften a bit. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Let it mix and heat for another minute. Get rid of extra grease if there’s too much.
- Turn the heat to low. Add the canned tomatoes with green chilies and pour in the heavy cream. Toss in the processed cheese cubes and grated cheddar. Stir everything continuously until the mix is smooth and all cheese is melted. If the dip feels too thick, splash in milk, one spoonful at a time, until it thins down.
- Stir in half the crispy bacon. Move the dip to a serving dish or just leave it in the pan to stay warm. Sprinkle on the rest of the bacon plus green onions, pickles, and sesame seeds if you like.
- Serve the warm cheesy dip with your favorite tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crunchy crackers. Dive in and enjoy every bite!
