Shrimp Stuffed Salmon Wonder (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 jumbo shrimp, cleaned and ready to cook
02 - 1/2 cup roughly chopped shrimp pieces
03 - 2 thick salmon fillets, boneless
04 - 1 tablespoon mayo
05 - 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
10 - Salt and pepper, add as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, a bit of mayo, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to get the taste just right.
02 - Carefully cut an opening in the middle of each salmon fillet to make room for stuffing. Load them up with the prepared shrimp mix.
03 - Heat some butter in your pan over medium. Sear the salmon for 4 to 5 minutes per side until it has a deep golden crust and is fully cooked.
04 - In the same pan, toss in the unchopped shrimp and let them turn pink in about 1-2 minutes.
05 - Set the cooked salmon on plates, place the sautéed shrimp on top, and drizzle any buttery pan juices over everything.

# Notes:

01 - Serve this dish with a quick squeeze of lemon and some extra garlic butter for dipping!
