02 - A pound of cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp.
03 - Half a medium red bell pepper, diced finely.
04 - One small red onion, chopped into small pieces.
05 - One celery stalk, diced into tiny bits.
06 - 1/4 cup of sour cream.
07 - A quarter cup of creamy mayonnaise.
08 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard for a little tang.
09 - Juice from 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon.
10 - A teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, optional for extra flavor.
11 - Season with a pinch of salt and some ground pepper.
12 - Chop up 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley or dill for garnish.
13 - Lemon slices to serve on the side.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss together the diced red bell pepper, red onion, and celery. Add the cooked shrimp and crab to the mix.
02 - Take a separate bowl and mix together the sour cream, mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay if you'd like. Add a bit of salt and pepper to bring out the flavors.
03 - Gently pour the dressing into the bowl with the seafood and veggies. Stir everything softly until evenly coated.
04 - Pop the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes so the flavors come together. Before serving, stir gently, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley or dill, and serve with lemon slices.
