# Instructions:

01 - Whip the cream into stiff peaks. Beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth, then gently combine with the whipped cream.
02 - Toss the berries with sugar and let them rest for 10 minutes while they release juices.
03 - Combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until the texture feels like damp sand.
04 - Spread filling on a crepe, sprinkle cookies and strawberries on top, then roll it snugly like sushi.
