01 -
Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up.
02 -
Grab the biscuit dough and split it into 8 pieces. Gently spread each one out with your hands.
03 -
Put a piece of roast beef down, then add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each biscuit.
04 -
Wrap the edges of the dough around the meat and cheese, and press them together to close the top. You’ll get ball-shaped biscuits.
05 -
Lay the wrapped biscuits in a baking dish, keeping the sealed part underneath.
06 -
Stir melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
07 -
Use a brush to spread that buttery mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
08 -
Pop them into the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they look golden and baked through.
09 -
While the biscuits are cooking, warm the beef stock in a saucepan over low heat on the stove.
10 -
Serve the biscuits while still hot, with the warm beef stock on the side for dipping.
