Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking tray or a round pan.

Press the biscuit pieces flat. Form a circular base, pinching the edges to raise them. Add a butter coat on top.

Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Take it out of the oven when ready.

Brown your sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Mix in the flour after it's cooked.

Slowly pour in milk while stirring nonstop. Add the seasonings and cook until it thickens up in 5-7 minutes.

In a different pan, cook eggs until they're soft but almost set.

Spread the sausage gravy onto the cooled crust. Layer scrambled eggs over it and sprinkle with cheese.

Pop it back into the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese bubbles and melts.

Top with parsley if you'd like, cut into slices, and enjoy while warm.
