Santa Hat Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/4 cup sugar
04 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 beaten egg
07 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
08 - 2 cups milk

→ Decorations

09 - 12 fresh strawberries
10 - Whipped cream
11 - 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles, plus more for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together in a big bowl until it looks even.
02 - Add the milk, vegetable oil, beaten egg, and vanilla. Combine until the batter is smooth, then lightly mix in the sprinkles.
03 - Grease a hot griddle on medium heat. Pour small circles of batter about 4 inches wide. Flip when bubbles pop on the surface, and cook the other side until it turns golden.
04 - Put whipped cream on each pancake, set a strawberry in the middle, and top it with another bit of whipped cream to look like a Santa hat.
