Salted Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 340 grams of top-notch semi-sweet chocolate chips.
02 - 225 grams of small pretzel loops.
03 - 310 grams of soft caramel bits from Carambar.
04 - A sprinkle of flaky salt for a finishing touch.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a large tray with parchment so nothing sticks and it’s easier to lift out the bars later.
02 - Pop about 225 grams of the chocolate chips into the microwave. Heat gently, stopping every 15 seconds to stir, until you’ve got a silky, melted consistency.
03 - Spread the warm chocolate onto your prepared tray. Right away, scatter the little pretzels all across the chocolate, letting them slightly overlap here and there, and press them a bit so they stick.
04 - Put the Carambar bits in a microwave-friendly bowl. Add a splash (2 tablespoons) of water, melt on high for 2 minutes (following package tips), stir until smooth, and drizzle the gooey caramel over your pretzels.
05 - Melt the remaining 115 grams of chocolate chips and drizzle them over the caramel. Add a generous pinch of flaky salt over everything for a sweet-meets-salty combo.
06 - Stick the tray in the fridge until everything’s nice and firm. Break or cut the bars into pieces of whatever size you feel like. Dig in and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For freshness, munch on these bars within a couple of days. Keep them in a tightly sealed box.
02 - Try swapping with your favorite chocolate type or topping them with extras like chopped nuts.
