01 -
Pour olive oil into a large skillet and warm it over medium heat. Toss in the green onions and sesame seeds, stirring for a couple of minutes.
02 -
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir occasionally for another two minutes while they soften.
03 -
Stir in the chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, and sesame oil. Keep stirring until everything blends together.
04 -
Put snow peas into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain. Boil your fettuccine as the package suggests. Drain pasta and set aside.
05 -
Toss the cooked pasta and tender snow peas into the skillet with the mushroom mixture. Mix everything up so it’s nicely coated.
06 -
Set your oven's broil mode to preheat while you work on the salmon.
07 -
Warm olive oil in a skillet that can go into the oven. Cook the salmon for 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
08 -
Mix soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Spread the glaze over the top of the salmon with a brush.
09 -
Place the skillet with the salmon under the broiler. Cook for around 4 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and the fish is done.
10 -
Take the salmon from the oven and let it rest briefly. Serve the noodles on each plate and top them with the glazed salmon. Enjoy hot!
