Ritz Cracker Cookies No Bake 3 Ingredients (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Petits Beurre biscuits.
02 - Smooth peanut butter.
03 - White chocolate couverture.
04 - Red and green gel food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop roughly 1 ½ teaspoons of peanut butter onto a single Petit Beurre biscuit. Spread it carefully, aiming for an even layer but leaving a slim border about ¼ inch wide.
02 - Stick another Petit Beurre biscuit on top of the one with peanut butter, ensuring both salted sides face outward for flavor consistency.
03 - Use a microwave to warm your white chocolate couverture. Every 20 seconds, stop and stir until it’s silky and ready for coating.
04 - Dip the biscuit sandwiches one at a time into the melted chocolate, covering all sides completely. Let the extra chocolate drip off by lightly using the dish's edge.
05 - Rest the chocolate-coated biscuits on baking parchment to set and cool naturally.
06 - Mix a little gel food coloring into part of the melted chocolate for a festive look. Transfer the colored chocolate into Ziploc bags and cut off a tiny piece of one corner.
07 - Drizzle the colorful chocolate over the biscuits, making stripes, squiggles, or fun patterns. Switch colors to layer and add contrast.
08 - Wait for the decorated biscuits to harden completely before peeling them off the parchment. If any part of the chocolate overflows, snap it off gently.

# Notes:

01 - Put on gloves or grab two forks to keep the coating process mess-free.
02 - Stir often during microwaving, or use a bain-marie for gradual and even melting.
03 - For faster hardening, pop the biscuits into the fridge or freezer.
04 - Switch peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter if someone in your group has allergies.
05 - You can use dark or milk chocolate as a yummy substitute for white chocolate.
