Cracker Coated Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 1.25 lbs of thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts.
02 - Two big eggs, whisked.
03 - One sleeve (around 30) Ritz crackers, smashed up.
04 - 1 tsp black pepper.
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1 tsp salt.
07 - Half a cup of butter, chopped into chunks.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it preheat.
02 - In a bowl, combine the smashed crackers with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Dry the chicken with a paper towel, dip it into the eggs, and then cover it completely with the seasoned crackers.
04 - Put the coated chicken into a 9x13 dish and scatter the butter chunks all around it.
05 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and clear juices appear.
06 - Serve it warm and drizzle some melted butter over the chicken if you'd like.

01 - Store this in the fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - It freezes well for as long as 3 months.
03 - Warm it up in a 350°F oven until hot.
