Cheese Ball Reindeer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of finely chopped pecans.
02 - 16 ounces of cream cheese.
03 - 1/3 cup of sour cream.
04 - 8 ounces of cheddar, shredded.
05 - A few tablespoons (2-3) of ranch seasoning mix.
06 - For garnish: tomatoes, olives, and pretzels.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the sour cream together with softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in shredded cheddar and ranch seasoning.
02 - Scoop onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, then cover and chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
03 - Roll the entire cheese ball in the chopped pecans until thoroughly coated.
04 - Attach tomato for the nose, olives for eyes, and use pretzel sticks for antlers. Hold with toothpicks if needed.
05 - For serving, put crackers or fresh herbs around the cheese ball if you like.

01 - Soften the cream cheese before starting.
02 - Decorate right before serving for best results.
03 - Without decorations, it stays fresh 5-7 days.
