Colorful Food Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16-oz box of rotini pasta
02 - Blue food dye (liquid)
03 - Red food dye (liquid)
04 - Fresh cherry tomatoes
05 - Cubes of mozzarella cheese
06 - Sliced pepperoni
07 - Whole black olives
08 - Bottle of Italian salad dressing
09 - Parsley (chopped and fresh) for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta till it's firm to the bite, as the box suggests. Pour into a strainer to drain the water.
02 - Take two plastic bags, add water and blue dye in one, and water with red dye in the other.
03 - Split the cooked pasta into three portions. Put one part in the red bag, another in the blue bag, seal them, and gently mix until the colors soak in.
04 - Coat the final third of the pasta in a little olive oil so it doesn't take on any color.
05 - Grab a big bowl, toss in all the pasta (plain and dyed), the tomatoes, cheese cubes, pepperoni, olives, and a splash of Italian dressing. Stir till it's all blended nicely.
06 - Keep the bowl covered and refrigerate for at least an hour before digging in.
