Red Velvet Edible Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
02 - 1 tablespoon milk (whole or semi-skimmed).
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor.
04 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
05 - 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter.
06 - 1/3 cup mini chocolate pieces.
07 - 1/2 tablespoon red food dye.
08 - 2/3 cup plain all-purpose flour.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt.
10 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Bake the flour at 350°F (175°C) until it registers 165°F (around 74°C).
02 - Let the flour cool until it's completely at room temperature.
03 - Blend the butter and both sugars until creamy and fluffy.
04 - Stir in the milk, vanilla, and food coloring.
05 - Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
06 - Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
07 - Enjoy right away or place in the fridge to chill.
