Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a loaf pan with grease so the dough won’t stick.

Grab a mixing bowl and combine the biscuit mix, ice-cold water, and the shredded cheese. Stir it all up until it turns into dough.

Spoon the dough into your greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top looks golden and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.

While the bread bakes, stir melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.

Once the loaf comes out of the oven, coat the top with the garlic-parsley butter using a brush.

Let the loaf rest in the pan for about 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
