Red Lobster Cheese Biscuit Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Loaf ingredients

01 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 2 cups of biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
03 - 1/2 cup of ice-cold water

→ Topping ingredients

04 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes
05 - 1/4 cup of melted butter
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a loaf pan with grease so the dough won’t stick.
02 - Grab a mixing bowl and combine the biscuit mix, ice-cold water, and the shredded cheese. Stir it all up until it turns into dough.
03 - Spoon the dough into your greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top looks golden and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
04 - While the bread bakes, stir melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
05 - Once the loaf comes out of the oven, coat the top with the garlic-parsley butter using a brush.
06 - Let the loaf rest in the pan for about 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect as a cheesy, garlicky side for soups, salads, or your favorite main courses.
