Set your oven to 325°F (160°C). Blend the crushed chocolate cookies with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

Whisk the cream cheese, sugar, melted chocolate, and vanilla together until it's smooth. Add the eggs in one at a time, making sure to mix well after each.

Fold in the fresh raspberries carefully, then pour everything evenly over the crust you made earlier.

Pop it in the oven for about 60 minutes, or until the center feels firm. Let it cool all the way before serving.
