# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 6 oz egg noodles.
05 - 1/4 cup flour.
06 - 1/4 cup butter.
07 - 1 cup beef broth.
08 - 1 1/4 cups milk.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil noodles following the instructions on the package. Keep them aside once done.
02 - In a skillet, cook the ground beef thoroughly for around 6-8 minutes until fully browned. Drain extra grease if needed.
03 - In the same pan, let the butter melt. Stir in the flour and cook it for 2 minutes.
04 - Slowly pour in broth first, then milk. Keep whisking until you get a thick, creamy texture. This may take about 7-10 minutes.
05 - Sprinkle in salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir it all together.
06 - Toss the noodles, beef, and sour cream into the skillet. Stir well and heat until everything's warm and blended.
