Quick Bagel Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
02 - 4 bagels, halved
03 - ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce, your pick

→ Toppings

04 - Cooked pancetta, 2 oz
05 - 12 pepperoni slices, diced
06 - Season with ground black pepper
07 - Sprinkle dried oregano for flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400℉ and move the rack to the upper third of the oven. Cover a baking tray with parchment and keep it nearby.
02 - Cut bagels into halves. Smear a spoonful of sauce on the flat side. Add about an ounce of cheese on top, followed by pancetta and pepperoni. Dust lightly with oregano and pepper. Want extra cheesy? Sprinkle on some more! Lay them on the tray and repeat.
03 - Pop the tray into the hot oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until everything is bubbly and melty.

# Notes:

01 - For freezing, arrange the made-up bagels on parchment and freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
02 - Stash the frozen bagels in a sealed freezer-safe bag for up to 30 days.
03 - Heat up frozen bagels at 350°F until the cheese is gooey again.
