Queso Steak Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb steak, sliced thin
02 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
03 - 2 cups cooked white rice
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper as needed
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 cup queso sauce

→ Optional Toppings

08 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
09 - 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced small

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating up some olive oil in a big skillet over medium. Toss in the steak slices and season them with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.
02 - Turn the heat down low. Pour the queso sauce over the steak, stirring until the steak is covered and the sauce is warmed up.
03 - Add your cooked rice into the pan and mix it with the steak and queso until everything's combined nicely.
04 - If you'd like, add some diced tomatoes to perk up the flavor.
05 - Serve it warm and sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top if you'd like.
