Pumpkin Spice Milk (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
02 - 50 g canned pumpkin or fresh pumpkin puree
03 - 240 ml your choice of milk (dairy or plant-based)
04 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or clear honey

05 - A sprinkle of pumpkin spice mix
06 - Whipped cream for the top

# Instructions:

01 - Combine pumpkin puree, milk, your sweetener, and pumpkin spice in a blender. Mix until silky smooth. No blender? Toss everything in a large jar and use a handheld mixer to blend.
02 - Want a steamy version? Heat up all the ingredients in a small pot on medium-high heat. Keep whisking while it heats up until hot and everything's blended nicely.
03 - Pour the pumpkin mixture into your cup or glass. Leave it plain or dress it up with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin spice on top.
04 - Sip immediately and savor the flavor.
