Protein Packed Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - ½ cup (40g) flavored protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
02 - 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt, full fat or low fat

→ Extras

03 - 1 or 2 tablespoons maple syrup, adjust to your liking
04 - milk of your choice, enough to tweak thickness
05 - a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl, along with any of the extras like cocoa powder. Stir it up with a spoon or whisk until it’s a smooth pudding-like texture. If it seems too thick, splash in some milk.
02 - Try it out and add maple syrup or honey if it needs a little more sweetness.
03 - Dig in right away or stash it in a sealed container and pop it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

02 - Plant-based or casein protein may need extra milk to loosen up
