Basil Mozzarella Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A 12-ounce tub of marinated mozzarella balls (20 pieces total)
02 - A pack of prosciutto slices, 4 ounces, halved the long way
03 - 20 fresh leaves of basil
04 - Balsamic glaze, use as much as you'd like

# Instructions:

01 - Grab the prosciutto slices and slice them in half along their length. Shake off any extra liquid from the mozzarella balls using a colander, then spread them on paper towels (double-layered works best) and dab them dry.
02 - Take a strip of prosciutto and lay it flat on a board. Place a basil leaf near one end (fold it if it's too big), set a mozzarella ball on top, and roll the prosciutto to wrap it around the other two. Push a wooden pick through the center to hold it all in place.
03 - Right before you put them out, drizzle balsamic glaze lightly over each bite to add flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you dry the mozzarella balls completely so the prosciutto sticks well and keeps everything together.
02 - For the best taste, go for fresh basil and a really good-quality balsamic glaze.
