Grab the prosciutto slices and slice them in half along their length. Shake off any extra liquid from the mozzarella balls using a colander, then spread them on paper towels (double-layered works best) and dab them dry.

Take a strip of prosciutto and lay it flat on a board. Place a basil leaf near one end (fold it if it's too big), set a mozzarella ball on top, and roll the prosciutto to wrap it around the other two. Push a wooden pick through the center to hold it all in place.

Right before you put them out, drizzle balsamic glaze lightly over each bite to add flavor.
